MESSAGE TO OUR MEMBERS ABOUT COVID-19


NOTICE

January 1, 2020

In order to maintain a healthy and safe environment for all our Members and staff, we ask that you wear a mask when entering the office and at all times during your visit.

Please DO NOT enter the office if:

  • In the last 72 hours, you have experienced new symptoms of the following. Exclude any chronic conditions or any other disease for which you have been treated (for example, chronic migraines, seasonal allergies, etc…):

    • New loss of smell or taste

    • Cold

    • Cough

    • Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing

    • Fatigue

    • Muscle or body aches

    • Headaches

    • Sore throat

    • Stuffy or runny nose

    • Nausea or vomiting

    • Diarrhea

  • You have been in close contact (within 6 feet for more than15 minutes) with someone who tested positive for COVID-19 or is likely to have COVID-19,

  • In the last two weeks you have traveled internationally.


Dear Members, 

We are committed to keeping you and our team as safe as possible during these uncertain times.

While visiting our branch, please stay the recommended 6 feet away from others.  Only two people are allowed inside the branch at any time; please wait outside for your turn.  If you feel sick or have any type of symptoms, we recommend you follow the CDC guidelines and please do not come into our office.  

Please know that Comunidad Latina FCU is here for you.  Most transactions can be done over the phone, please call us at (714) 754-7675 before coming to the branch.

Our website and social media channels are updated as new information is made available, including changes that may affect Members. 

We are here to serve your needs. 

• We encourage members to use self-service channels such as automatic teller machines and online banking. 

• We have increased our daily cleaning procedures with the use of disinfectant products. 

• Hand sanitizers may be available for Member use while at the branch.

Please remember, your Credit Union is continually planning for uncertain times such as those we are experiencing today. In addition, your account is federally insured up to $250,000 by the NCUA. 

We continue to be proactively engaged in helping our Members and staff stay as safe as possible. We are following recommendations and guidelines from the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) and the World Health Organization. We encourage everyone to come together as a community to help one another remain calm, stay safe and healthy during the outbreak of COVID-19.

We hope you and your family remain safe and healthy. As a community, we must do our part to follow recommendations and guidelines to keep everyone healthy. Our hearts are with everyone affected.
